3. Order Confirmation and Validity

Your order is considered confirmed and valid only after PayPal notifies us that your payment has been successfully authorized and completed. You will receive an order confirmation email from YOUXIZT upon successful payment. If PayPal does not confirm a completed payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Refunds to PayPal

All refunds for orders originally paid via PayPal will be issued back to your original PayPal account. Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return Policy. Please note:

The timing for the refund to appear in your PayPal account depends on PayPal's processing times and your original funding source.

Original transaction fees charged by PayPal are non-refundable by YOUXIZT.

If your original PayPal payment was split across multiple funding sources (e.g., part balance, part card), PayPal's system will determine the refund allocation according to their policies.

5. Currency and Pricing

All transactions on the YOUXIZT website are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your PayPal account uses a different currency, PayPal will perform the currency conversion at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Any currency conversion fees are determined and charged solely by PayPal.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

For any issues related to your order—such as non-receipt of goods, damaged items, or concerns about product quality—you agree to contact YOUXIZT Customer Service first to seek a resolution before initiating a dispute or chargeback through PayPal.

Opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your YOUXIZT account.

We will cooperate fully with PayPal's resolution process to provide necessary transaction details and documentation.

Filing fraudulent chargebacks is a violation of our Terms of Service and may lead to legal action.

7. Security

PayPal is a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. By using PayPal, you benefit from their advanced security measures, including encryption and fraud prevention tools. YOUXIZT is not responsible for any data breaches or security incidents that occur on PayPal's platform.

8. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have sufficient funds or credit available in your PayPal account or linked payment methods.

Maintaining the security of your own PayPal account login credentials.

Verifying that all transaction details (amount, recipient) are correct before confirming payment on the PayPal site.

9. Limitations of Liability

YOUXIZT is not liable for:

Any errors, delays, or failures in payment processing caused by PayPal's systems.

Any fees (including currency conversion or insufficient fund fees) imposed by PayPal or your financial institution.

Any authorization holds placed on your funds by PayPal during the payment process.

10. Changes to Payment Terms

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order placed using PayPal at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient inventory. We may also update this PayPal Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
